$4.50/lb hanging weight plus customer pays processing
$200 DEPOSIT to reserve your Half Hog. Hogs will be delivered to a local processor, and custom cut according to your specifications. 
Approximate weight for a half hog is 125 lbs ($550.00), depending on the size.
Processing fees are paid directly to the processor at time of pick up.
 
Our pork is fed organic feed, outdoors in small groups in the  fresh air and sunshine. Our pigs love to wallow in the water and root in the dirt.
